      • Polished Pinkies Pro cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. All deliveries are made using third party vendors (USPS and UPS) and these vendors should be contacted in the case of a late or lost package. 
      • We offer Route Protection, which is shipping insurance. If the customer declines this protection, they acknowledge that Polished Pinkies Pro is not responsible or liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
      • No delivery dates are guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. Dates are for estimated delivery, only. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, acceptance date and time and other conditions, including customs delays. Some restrictions apply.


    Polished Pinkies Pro offers flat rate first class shipping to most US locations, as well as priority shipping for an additional charge. We ship all orders within the contiguous US via USPS or UPS. US customers will receive tracking information once their package has shipped.

    Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES PROVIDED BY THE CARRIER ARE ESTIMATES ONLY.  And these estimates DO NOT include order handling time at our warehouse.  For in-stock orders please allow at least 1-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number.  Large orders and orders received during holidays or sales promotions WILL take longer to process.  Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding holiday or sale periods. 


    We strongly suggest purchasing Route Protection Insurance at checkout. This service provides coverage for items that are damaged during shipping, lost and even theft. If the shipping insurance is denied, the customer agrees that any damaged, lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Polished Pinkies Pro. 

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. 

    If the product is damaged and you purchased the Route Protection Insurance at checkout, please contact Route directly to make a claim. 


    All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged and sent. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.

    *Please note - during holiday or sale periods, NO changes or cancellations to orders will be allowed due to the high volume of orders. 


    Due to the nature of the items we sell, all sales are final.  PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO PURCHASE!

    If we receive a returned item from the shipping carrier, we will consider the item a return. A refund will be issued, minus the original shipping fee + 10% restocking fee. The customer will be notified of any processed refund via email.

    For items returned under warranty, a repair or replacement will be issued, with the customer paying any and ALL shipping fees.
