PRICING
Polished Pinkies Pro sells products to licensed professionals. We do not offer special pricing for licensed professionals. Polished Pinkies Pro reserves the right to change prices without notice, explanation or notification.
MISSING, LATE OR DAMAGED GOODS
Polished Pinkies Pro offers Route Protection on every order to prevent issues with missing, late or damaged goods. If the customer opts out of Route Protection at checkout, he/she agrees that Polished Pinkies Pro will not be held liable for the missing, late or damage package.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellation requests once your order has been shipped.
RETURN OF GOODS
Polished Pinkies Pro can only accept returns under the following conditions
- Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
- Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)
- Seal product such as hard gel. Any unsealed product is considered a 'all sales final' item.
In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods. Due to the nature of the products we supply we are unable to offer the right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.
In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Polished Pinkies Pro at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund. For items returned under warranty, a repair or replacement will be issued.
LIABILITY
Polished Pinkies Pro website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material we will try to correct them as soon as we can.

PRE ORDER ITEMS
Pre order wait will be listed in the product description. Once your order is placed, Polished Pinkies Pro is unable to add any items, amend or cancel. If you have ordered other items on your order, they will be shipped in full once pre-orders are released.
