  • Office Closures
    • Our offices will be closed on the following dates in observance of US national holidays, all orders (including expedited shipments) placed on these dates will ship the following business day.
      • Thanksgiving - November 26th - November 29th, 2020
      • Christmas - December 24th - 26th, 2020
      • New Years - December 31st, 2020 - January 2nd, 2021 
  • Important Disclosures
    • Polished Pinkies Pro cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. All deliveries are made using third party vendors (USPS and UPS) and these vendors should be contacted in the case of a late or lost package.
    • No delivery dates are guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. Dates are for estimated delivery, only. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, acceptance date and time and other conditions, including customs delays. Some restrictions apply.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Polished Pinkies Pro offers flat rate first class shipping to most US locations, as well as priority shipping for an additional charge. We ship all orders within the contiguous US via USPS or UPS. US customers will receive tracking information once their package has shipped.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

 

DAMAGES and ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURNS 

We unable to accept any returns at this time due to COVID 19.

EXCEPTION/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Luxio Gel Polish, opened Gel Play or Proformance hard gel. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. info@polishedpinkiespro.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
