I have a firm belief that education is the key to elevating our industry. When a person finishes the nail technician program, they are armed with only the very basic skills to execute nail enhancements. It is then the responsibility of the licensed nail professional to invest in their career and further their education. By doing so, they will expand their skill set which will increase their loyal clientele and they will reap the rewards of their investment.
